1) The website known as https://www.soapysuds.co.za operated by the company (“Soapy Suds Wishy Washing ”) has developed a web based customer details submission form, via the secure google forms cloud service from within, inside Google drive as part of the registration process ( “ the customer database ”) for the customer to submit their details to have their washing collected, paid for and dropped off by the team operating the company Soapy Suds Wishy Washing via the website https://www.soapysuds.co.za for use by members of the public in South Africa.
2) The database will be kept in use and updated on an annual basis by Soapy Suds Wishy Washing for the benefit of our subscribed customers who wish to continue to use our services. You would have registered and inputted your details and personal information for use by our laundry shops.
3) Soapy Suds Wishy Washing shall on a yearly basis invite additional members of the public and or service providers who wish to form part of this database to register and upload their details and business information.
4) Soapy Suds Wishy Washing However reserves the right to close off the yearly invite. The website is also made available for use by the general public.
5) These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
By using this website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to our Soapy Suds Wishy Washing's use of cookies in accordance with the terms of Soapy Suds Wishy Washing 's privacy policy.
7) The term “you” and “your” shall be used throughout this document and shall refer to the party accessing the website for purposes of members of the public adding their details to the database or the party uploading their details and business information in order to have their laundry collected , washed and dried or whatever service selected as a Laundry company can provide via any municipality operating within the Republic of South Africa.
8) License to use website, Unless otherwise stated, Soapy Suds Wishy Washing and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website.
Acceptable use
1) You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

2)Soapy Suds Wishy Washing reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this website, or stored on Soapy Suds Wishy Washing servers, or hosted or published upon this website.
3)Notwithstanding Soapy Suds Wishy Washing ’s rights under these terms and conditions in relation to user content, Soapy Suds Wishy Washing does not undertake to monitor the submission of such content to, or the publication of such content on, this website.
Reasonableness

Breaches of these terms and conditions
1) Without prejudice to Soapy Suds Wishy Washing ’s rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Soapy Suds Wishy Washing may take such action as Soapy Suds Wishy Washing deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
